Sports and recreation center to appear in Chelyabinsk region

Fly Planning Partners will build an all-season sports and recreation center in Sosnovsky district. The developer's project is supported by the investment development branch of the My Business center.

Fly Planning Partners is actively developing the infrastructure of the club village "Tvoya privilegia" (Your Privilege). The new facility is the Privilege Fanpark. The project includes equipped winter sports trails, an ice rink, cycling grounds, team games, walking areas, as well as an amusement park, a hotel complex, a sports and wellness center and SPA, an extreme park and much more. As it is a socially important site, the lant plot was allocated without bidding and the project was assigned the large-scale investment project status.  The company has already submitted the necessary docs to My Business Center to be reviewed.
