1. Situational plan;

2. Topographic map of lands
of the applicant’s site on a scale of 1:500 (with all surface and underground communications and structures), agreed with organizations operating these communications and structures (not attached if the customer is an individual);

3. A copy of the document confirming the right of ownership or other legal right to the capital construction facility and (or) the land plot on which the applicant's capital construction facilities are located (will be located) VII Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated September 13, 2021 No. 1547 “On Approval of the Rules for Connecting (Technological Connection) of Gas-Using Equipment and Capital Construction Facilities to Gas Distribution Grids and on Recognizing Some Acts of the Government of the Russian Federation as Invalid” (hereinafter referred to as the Connection Rules)). In the absence of title documents for a land plot during construction, reconstruction within the framework of the housing renovation program in Moscow, the applicant shall submit a copy of the layout of the land plot or land plots on the cadastral plan of the territory approved by the authorized executive body of Moscow. During construction or reconstruction of a federal significance object, an object of regional significance or an object of local significance on a land plot or land plots made from lands and (or) land plots specified in Part 7.3 of Article 51 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the CRC of the Russian Federation), the applicant submits the details of the approved land surveying project or a copy of the layout of the land plot or land plots on the cadastral plan of the territory;

4. Power of attorney or other documents confirming the authority of the applicant's representative (if the application for connection is submitted by the applicant's representative);

5. Calculation of the maximum hourly gas consumption (not attached if the planned maximum hourly gas consumption is not more than 7 cubic meters);

6. Documents provided for in paragraph 106 of the Connection Rules, in the event that technical conditions are provided upon cession of power;

7. A copy of the territory planning documentation developed and approved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (a territory planning project and a land surveying project), providing for the construction of a gas consumption network within the territory subject to integrated development, in the event of connection (technological connection) provided for in paragraph 97 Connection rules;

8. A copy of the document confirming the title or other legal ownership right (individual housing construction object or part of a block-built residential building) and the land plot on which the applicant’s estate is located, as well as the insurance number of the individual personal account and the taxpayer identification number (in case of submitting an application for connection within the framework of “additional gasification” of Section VII of the Connection Rules)

1. A copy of the constituent documents of a legal entity or a sole proprietor passport;

3. Copies of documents confirming the authority of persons to sign the contract on behalf of the buyer;

4. Copies of documents confirming that the gas-using equipment (gas supply facilities) belongs to the applicant on the basis of title or other legal grounds, and technical data sheets for the specified equipment;

5. A copy of the act on the readiness of gas consumption networks and gas-using equipment of the capital construction facility for connection;

6. Copies of documents confirming that the share of heat energy supply to budgetary institutions, whose activities are financed from the relevant budget on the basis of income and expenditure estimates, state-owned enterprises, homeowners associations, housing construction, housing and other specialized consumer cooperatives, management organizations or individual entrepreneurs managing apartment buildings, in the total volume of goods and services supplied by the buyer is more than 75 percent (represented by heat supply entities with a specified share of supplied heat energy);

7. A copy of the document confirming the establishment of the gas consumption reservation;

8. Copies of documents confirming the applicant's compliance with the requirements in terms of maintenance of the gas distribution network and (or) gas consumption, in-house and (or) in-house gas equipment, technical devices used at a hazardous production facility, localization and elimination of emergency situations (consequences of accidents) (in if the applicant's gas consumption network is a hazardous production facility or subject to technical regulation).
