Submit application for technological connection
Incoming documents:

- Application for technological connection;
- Layout;
- List and capacity of devices for connection to emergency automation;
- A copy of the ownership title (or other legal grounds);
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the Unified State Register of Sole Proprietors.;
- For major facilities (over 50 MW), external power supply scheme;
- A single-line scheme for the networks of 35 kV and above, indicating network protection capability by means of own power supply sources.
Resulting documents:
- Notice of acceptance/refusal to accept an application for work.

Technological connection agreement and power supply agreement executed

- No documents are required from the investor.
Resulting documents:
- Draft agreement on the technological connection and power supply agreement (in case of parallel conclusion (up to 670 kW - mandatory).

Construction works and full connection
Incoming documents:
- A copy of the certificates of conformity for electrical equipment and (or) the associated technical documentation;
- A copy of the project documentation sections;
- Normal schemes of electrical connections of electric power facilities;
- Documents confirming the verification of relay protection and automation devices;
- Documents confirming compliance with the requirements to telemechanics and communication systems;
- A document signed by the applicant or a network organization, respectively, confirming the implementation of measures for the commissioning of an energy receiving device or an electric power facility;
- Documents containing information on the results of commissioning, acceptance and other tests.
- Technological connection act;
- Act on the fulfillment of technical specifications;
- The certificate of the metering device commissioning.
