Situational plan.

The project area is located on the northern part of the Urenga ridge at an altitude of about 800 m. above sea level, close to Veselovka village, Zlatoust city district, the Chelyabinsk region , 150 km away from Chelyabinsk.

The project area includes: a land plot with a relay station (11,274 sq. m.) and guest houses on the top of the Urenga ridge with a landscaped hiking trail.

Project concept: a tourist park "Vershina" (Tip) with a camping and a guesthouse.

The Mountain Tourist Park is a modern camping hotel for tourists who seek for active recreation and trekking along the top of the mountain range and national parks. It is somewhat different from a full-service country hotel designed for long-term family accommodation. The peculiarity of its concept is the combination of comfort and modern recreational services, alluding to the club and camping modes of accommodation.

Category, type of project: tourist park with hotel, hostel and camping.

The main tourist and recreational products of the tourist park:

• landscaped trails along the top of the Urenga ridge with viewpoints and photo points;

• trails to Taganai and Zagalga National Park;

• "Relay Station" tower;

• outdoor community.
