Advantages.
The hotel is located in one of the most picturesque corners of the Urals, where Europe meets Asia, which features a developed infrastructure and strives to match the world's best tourist locations. It's hard to imagine that just 19 years ago, the plot now occupied by a 70-hectare resort, was nothing but mountains and woods.
There is a plan to build a real 10,000 people town in the vicinity of the hotel. The town shall be called Otkritiy (Open). During the 2021/2022 skiing season, the resort plans to open two new slopes on the opposite side of the Izvestnaya mountain. Saying that the Sunny Valley story just begins is no overstatement.

Annual visitation - 1,360,000 people.
The target yearly attendance - 81,600 people.
The planned attendance of the mobile houses park is 6% of the Sunny Valley Resort attendance.

Initial investment estimate - 194,894,000 RUB (15 houses, restaurant, sauna complex);

Profitability - 32%, payback period - 4 years of operation, net annual profit - 27,000,000+ RUB.
Project forecast:
The figures show that the investment of 194,894,000 RUB can be paid back in 6 years. A complex of modular houses by a private lake shall be in high demand. As the three neighboring regions have no competitors of similar modern look and function, the success rate shall be high, provided that it is managed accordingly.
The project documentation shall be available in 60 days, if the project is accepted.
Landscaping the lakeshore can be launched immediately.
Meanwhile, the mobile houses production will also start.
By the end of 2022 the resort shall be 40% functioning, reaching the full capacity by the end of 2023.
The income evaluation is done for a negative scenario, whole the investment evaluation is close to the real estimate.
